Design and build of a custom Motor Control Center engineered specifically for an aggregate spread operation. Chapman delivered a fully integrated MCC package — built, wired, and tested in-house — providing reliable power distribution and motor control across the entire spread.
Predictive Maintenance Program — 3 Facilities
Comprehensive infrared thermography program across three industrial facilities totaling 1.2M sq ft. Identified 47 potential failure points in the first year, preventing an estimated $2.4M in unplanned downtime costs.
Containerized Switchgear & Control Room
Design, fabrication, and delivery of a fully self-contained containerized electrical control room. Includes climate control, main distribution switchgear, and all internal wiring — ready for deployment to remote or temporary industrial sites.
Custom Electrical Skid — Mobile Process Unit
Engineered and built a fully integrated mobile electrical skid for a liquid processing application. Includes motor, pump, piping, and a UL-listed control panel — all mounted and wired on a trailer-mounted skid frame for rapid deployment.
Copper Bus Bar Distribution Panel
Custom-fabricated power distribution panel featuring precision-mounted copper bus bars, color-coded conductor runs, and individually labeled terminations. Built, wired, and tested in-house to Chapman's exacting standards — a showcase of the craftsmanship behind every panel that leaves our shop.
